1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your use of barrierbytec.com and services provided by PE barrierbytec.com (EDRPOU 75921064), Business Center 'Horizon', 12 Shevchenka Ave, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Contact: info@barrierbytec.com, +380 739 055 5032. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Services include 150-point vehicle inspection, VIN history checks, and car buying offers. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

2. Services and Offers

The 150-point inspection covers mechanical, electrical, and structural components as described on our website. VIN history checks provide data from available databases. Car buying offers are non-binding until a written agreement is signed. We may refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are stated on the website. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We are a single tax payer; VAT is optional and may not be included in prices.

4. User Obligations

You must provide accurate information, have legal authority to act on behalf of the vehicle, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for all documents and fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Consumers may file complaints via info@barrierbytec.com or +380 739 055 5032. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3798-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020. Non-essential cookies require prior consent.

8. Language and Governing Law

Consumer information is available in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' of 25 April 2019. These Terms are provided in English for convenience. Ukrainian law governs.
