How the used car buying service works

The sale runs in three stages: inspection, offer, paperwork. Each stage ends with a written outcome you can read before you agree to anything.

    Inspection

    We check body panels, paint thickness, odometer readings, and legal records at our Kyiv site. Every finding is tied to a photo or a source note. This is a limited visual assessment and does not guarantee condition or future performance.

    Offer in UAH

    You receive a written figure in UAH with repairs, fees, and deductions listed as separate lines. The offer is subject to inspection and final approval, and the final price may vary after a second look.

    We review the technical passport, registration, and any outstanding obligations, then sign the transfer documents and pay the agreed sum by bank transfer.

03 / Offer Process

From vehicle details to a written offer

Four steps sit between your listing and a number you can accept. Each step leaves a record you keep, and no amount is quoted without an inspection finding behind it.

    Send the vehicle details

    Provide make, model, year, mileage, VIN, and photos of the registration certificate. Nothing is payable at this step.

  2. 02

    We carry out the inspection

    A technician works through the fixed checklist: body and paint, engine and transmission behaviour, odometer consistency, and legal history including liens and registration status.

  3. 03

    You receive a written offer

    The offer states the amount in UAH, the conditions it depends on, and the deadline for acceptance. Every figure is tied to a recorded finding.

  4. 04

    Final approval and payment

    Payment follows only after the documents are checked against the vehicle and the inspection record is confirmed by the approver.

Conditions the offer depends on

  • Ownership documents issued in the seller's name
  • No registered liens, arrests, or credit encumbrances
  • Odometer reading consistent with service and registration history
  • VIN and body markings matching the registration certificate
  • Vehicle available for inspection in Kyiv or the agreed coverage area
  • No unresolved insurance claims recorded against the vehicle

Offers remain indicative until the inspection is complete. Every offer is subject to inspection and final approval, and the final price may vary if the condition, mileage, or legal status of the vehicle differs from what was declared.

What we need before we can make an offer

Bring the documents listed here and we can inspect the car and prepare a written offer the same day. Missing paperwork delays the assessment, not the outcome.

We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, dealer or government agency. Every offer is subject to inspection and final approval, and the final price may vary once the car is seen and the legal history is confirmed.

  • Proof of identity Original ID or passport with tax number, matching the name on the ownership document. Required
  • Ownership document Registration certificate in the seller's name, or a notarised power of attorney. Required
  • Clear legal status No bank pledge, seizure entry or open enforcement proceeding on the vehicle record. Blocking
  • Vehicle on site Car presented in person in Kyiv, with all keys and remote controls. Required
  • Accident and repair history Written statement of prior bodywork, paint and odometer corrections, if any. Required
  • Service records Stamped maintenance book or digital service history, where available. Recommended
  • Odometer evidence Mileage confirmed against service records and control unit data during the inspection. Recommended

Offer valid 5 working days. Payment by bank transfer once the sale agreement is signed.
